Thank you Carl for highlighting this important book. Those who have logged onto NCD International's website and looked at the 'mini-seminars' or who know anything about NCD, will be aware of its principal based approach to church health and growth from an impressive global research base. They will also be aware of the Trinitarian Compass at the heart of its insights, which links directly with the review of Worshipping Trinity which you gave a few months back. For those wanting to pursue this further I can highly recommend the book Colour Your World With Natural Church Development available easily in this country from www.healthychurch.co.uk
Thanks again for reviewing such an important resource. Just think what a revolution would take place if all Christians would discover and use their gifts, if churches would only base their ministries around what people were actually gifted in, and if we stopped doing those things for which God has clearly not given us the gifts!!!
